CRT Transaction Director

The California Rangeland Trust (CRT) is seeking a highly-qualified Transaction Director to oversee the negotiation, documentation, and closing of rangeland conservation easement transactions.  This position is supervised by and works closely with the Chief Executive Officer and participates as a team member with other CRT staff at the organization’s Sacramento headquarters.

Among other duties, the Transaction Director shall, among other duties, develop and implement project planning and funding strategies; negotiate all required agreements; review project documentation; coordinate closing and post-transaction activities, oversee easement monitoring, and maintain positive relationships and communications with landowners and organizational partners.
